We had a decent stay at the hotel, which had some notable conveniences like ski-in/ski-out access and a spacious condo. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was less than ideal due to being assigned a different unit that didn’t meet our family's needs, and we also faced issues with the Wi-Fi. Overall, while we enjoyed certain aspects of our trip, there were a few frustrating bumps along the way.
